Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on llamamama.co and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Llama Mama does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Exchanges

Before an exchange will be accepted, you must contact us at orders@llamamama.co

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated, and no gift card will be issued.

⚡️All exchanges being sent back to Llama Mama must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your original package.

Any exchanged packages postmarked after seven days of receiving your original package will be refused by Llama Mama and returned to the sender.

Returns

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your original package from Llama Mama. Your items will be refunded less the cost of the original shipping, and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated, and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

Please include the original packing slip from your order when returning or exchanging any items. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you want to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/exchange process. 

Please allow 14 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed. 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
