Returns and Exchanges

If there are any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact heymama@llamamama.co so we can work on making it right!

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated, and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges being sent back to Llama Mama must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your original package.***

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday-related items.

Any exchanged packages postmarked after seven days of receiving your original package will be refused by Llama Mama and returned to the sender.

Returns

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your original package from Hippie Runner. Your items will be refunded less the cost of the original shipping, and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated, and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

Please include the original packing slip from your order when returning or exchanging any items. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you want to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process. 

Please allow seven business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased at a wholesale discount or for resale by the customer.
